Not guilty verdict at Reading Magistrates’ Court for an allegation of Drug Driving

Beth Vaughan secured a not guilty verdict at Reading Magistrates’ Court for a client who was charged with driving with the concentration of specified drug above specified level.

Our clients defence was that the cannabis had been consumed after they had driven the vehicle and therefore, they were not over the limit when they drove the vehicle.

Expert and defence witnesses evidence was heard by the Courts and following submissions made by Beth the Magistrates returned a not guilty verdict.
