Not Guilty Verdicts Returned at Luton Crown Court

Nadia Chbat from 4 Kings Bench Walk instructed by Albin & Co obtained unanimous not guilty verdicts at Luton Crown Court for our client charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH) x 2 and assault on an emergency worker following a 4 day trial.

The complainants in this case were prison officers who alleged that they were assaulted whilst carrying out a cell search at HMP The Mount. The jury accepted our client’s defence of self defence.
