Not Guilty Verdict at Oxford Youth Court

Catherine Brymer appeared before Oxford Youth Court over several days representing a youth charged with two assaults on two separate complainants.

At Court the prosecution wished to amend the charges to assault occasioning grievous bodily harm but reverted to the original charges following strong objection from Catherine.

Catherine prepared and executed careful cross examination of the two vulnerable complainants whilst supporting her client who has been diagnosed with autism and ADHD.

Her client was acquitted of both allegations that he faced.
