Reading Crown Court Acquittal

Jeremy Yuille represented our client charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child at Reading Crown Court.

The complainant in this matter was our client’s stepchild who he continued to support despite the breakdown of his relationship with the child’s mother and her starting a new relationship.

With careful preparation we were able to demonstrate to the jury that these were malicious complaints, and our client was unanimously acquitted.
