Successful Application to Vacate Plea

Jeremy Yuille represented a client had been advised by another firm of solicitors to plead guilty on the day of his trial for an allegation of assault. Following entering his guilty plea he sought advice from Mr. Yuille and as a result applied to vacate his plea.

The Court allowed our client to vacate his plea, and he was later acquitted of the allegation he faced.
