
Luke Cheshire
Luke is an Associate Solicitor specialising in all areas of Family Law, working under the supervision of senior members of the firm. Luke advises and represents clients across both Private and Public Family Law matters, including cases involving the Local Authority at both the pre-proceedings stage (Public Law Outline) and throughout care proceedings. Luke also regularly assists clients with matters arising from relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial arrangements, separation, and disputes concerning children.
Luke is known for a pragmatic and compassionate approach, recognising that family law matters can be both complex and emotionally challenging. Committed to delivering a high standard of client care, Luke works closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice tailored to their individual circumstances. Luke has particular experience in supporting and representing clients affected by domestic abuse, ensuring they feel supported and protected throughout the legal process.
Luke achieved a first class honours LLB (Hons) degree in Law from Cardiff, before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and his LLM in which he obtained a distinction.
