Acquittal at Guildford Crown Court

Paul Gilmartin represented our client charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm at Guildford Crown Court.

Our client was an RAF engineer who was accused of inflicting a head wound upon an officer cadet from the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst at a nightclub.

The defence of self-defence was successfully presented to the jury and our client was unanimously acquitted.
