Acquittal at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court

Tabitha Everett from 4 Kings’ Bench Walk instructed by Catherine Brymer successfully defended our client during trial on 31^st January 2025 at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court.

Our client was charged with an allegation of assault on an emergency worker (a police officer).

A certificate for counsel was awarded in the case to assist with the complex requirements for our extremely vulnerable client diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety as well has a number physical and mental health difficulties.

Expert evidence was obtained to assist in presenting the case for the Defence.

Careful and detailed preparation was required in this case which resulted in a not guilty verdict being returned.
