Acquittal for Beth Vaughan

Beth Vaughan represented our client charged with allegations of intentional strangulation and assault by beating at trial at Reading Magistrates’ Court

During the trial the complainant gave evidence which was supported by two police officers evidence and photographs showing injuries.

Thanks to Beth’s extensive cross-examination of the witnesses and our client’s evidence that no physical contact had taken place our client was found not guilty in respect of both charges.
