Success for Andrea Storey

Andrea Storey of Albin & Co with Philip Rule KC and Daniel Henderson of No5 Chambers successfully applied for the High Court to quash a decision to recall and not to revoke that recall, following a decision by the Parole Board that the recall was inappropriate.

Andrea Storey advocated at the Parole Hearing and assisted counsel instructed to win the High Court challenge.

A well fought fight ending in the client’s release today.
