Conditional Discharge Obtained at Reading Crown Court

Adele Pullarp from 23 ES, instructed by Karla Sims, represented our client at Reading Crown Court charged with 3 counts of indecent exposure. The same witness reported all incidents which occurred within an 8 day period.

Our client maintained throughout that he had bladder issues and was urinating at the time of the alleged offences.

On the day of trial, the Prosecution accepted a plea to outraging public decency, offered no evidence in respect of the 3 counts of indecent exposure and the Court returned formal not guilty verdicts.

Our client was at risk of being placed on the Sex Offenders Register but because of his plea to outraging public decency they received a 6 month conditional discharge without the need to be put on the register.
