Success at Reading Crown Court for Shanisha Fox

Shanisha Fox represented our client who was charged with a single count of robbery and 33 counts of fraud by false representation and handling stolen goods.

Following careful negotiation with the Prosecution they agreed to accept pleas to 15 counts of fraud and a single theft which led to our client only being required to stand trial for the robbery allegation.

Following a 3-day trial at Reading Crown Court our client was acquitted of the robbery allegation which meant that he received 2 year community order rather than the immediate custodial sentence he would have received if he was convicted of all allegations.
