CPS Offer No Evidence for Client Charged with GBH on a Police Officer

Shanisha Fox represented a client at the police station for an allegation of GBH on a police officer who was attempting to arrest his partner.

Our client was charged and his case committed to the Crown Court where he pleaded not guilty.

After pointing out the weaknesses in their case on a number of occasions the prosecution offered no evidence, and the Court returned a formal not guilty verdict.
