Criminal Damage Acquittal

Beth Vaughan represented our client who was charged with criminal damage. The damage was to a door which our client was said to have kicked.

At trial our client accepted kicking the door but did so in order to help his girlfriend who he thought was in danger.

Our client’s co-defendant was charged with a separate criminal damage during the same incident. He was running a cutthroat defence stating that our client was the aggressor.

Beth’s client was acquitted.
