Not Guilty Verdict at Reading Crown Court

David Dainty of 23 Essex Street Chambers, instructed by Karla Sims, secures a not guilty verdict for our client charged with Section 18 grievous bodily harm following a trial at Reading Crown Court.

Our client was accused with another of causing life threatening and life altering injuries to the complainant.

The prosecution relied on messages sent by our client arranging to meet the complainant at the time of the assault and cell site evidence.
