Success at Basingstoke Youth Court

Jyoti Wood from 4 Kings’ Bench Walk, instructed by Jeremy Yuille, secured an acquittal following trial at Basingstoke Youth Court for a client charged with intentional strangulation.

Our client had a complex history and was assisted by a psychological assessment, intermediary and his family who provided excellent support.

Jeremy’s hard work and preparation of this case has resulted in our client being able to maintain his good character.
