About James

James is a Paralegal working in the family law department, having joined Albin & Co in October 2025. He assists mainly with Public Law Outline (PLO) cases. James is looking to pursue the SQE in the future.

He graduated with an LLB Law degree in 2025, having achieved a 2:1. Alongside his degree, he learned to speak German to an ‘independent user’ standard (CEFR-B2). He is looking to undertake further language training with the Goethe Institute in London.

James is a musician in his spare time, playing the drums in a jazz trio. His Trio released an album to Spotify in September. In October, his band featured on BBC Radio Three‘s ‘Jazz Record Requests’ programme.
