Reading Crown Court Acquittal

Rhian Wood of 4 Kings’ Bench Walk, instructed by Karla Sims, represented our client at trial at Reading Crown Court who was facing an allegation of unlawful wounding.

The complainant in the case was our client’s neighbour who stated that after a verbal argument our client stuck him with an object that had a sharp edge causing a fracture near his wrist.

After just 31 minutes of deliberation our client was unanimously acquitted.
