Acquittal at Oxford Magistrates’ Court

Success after trial at Oxford Magistrates’ Court presented by Paul Cantrill and prepared by Catherine Brymer.

The Defendant was found not guilty of an allegation of assault by beating despite evidence being given by the complainant and CCTV footage played.

The Court returned a not guilty verdict after being unable to be sure that any assault had taken place.
