Assault Acquittal for Catherine Brymer

Catherine Brymer represented our client at Reading Magistrates’ Court who was accused of an allegation of assault on a child in a nursery.

Our client denied any act of harm towards the child.

Injury was alleged to have been received and images of marks shown at the trial. We disputed these were consistent with the account or caused by the client.

Having heard evidence from members of staff at the nursery Catherine made a successful half time submission and our client was found not guilty.
